Evidence

Evidence can come in different forms including workplace documents, referees, performance reports, observation of your work by CSTP assessors or previous training documentation. If you were unable to show evidence in a particular competency or element of a competency you would then need to undertake specific training. Make yourself familiar with the competencies within the CSTP, and start collecting evidence in your work place now.
